Thanks for the chat during our training rides last Tuesday night along the W&OD Trail in Northern Virginia. From the bits and pieces we discussed, and with the help of a colleague at work who is a serious amateur triathlete, we figured out who you were. I'm still in awe of your 30 mph uphill sprint, even if you "overcooked." Congrats on your success to date, especially the Olympics. Good luck with the DC race this weekend. Will be watching your progress.
