Weekly Workout #4
This week we get to running! This might not be a workout as much as a tip, but it is an important one. One piece of running that many people forget about is running fast.
I like to add in strides at the end of my easy runs, 2-3 times a week. Strides are not only a great way to get faster, they also loosen up your muscles and can help reset your body from a little bit of a training slump.
An important piece of training is mixing both hard and easy training. Strides are one easy way to add in some polarized training.
Add some strides to the end of your easy runs over the next couple of weeks!
