Welcome to Training Camp South Club!
Led by Olympic Triathlete Jarrod Shoemaker, the goal of our club is to provide you with a training environment to improve your running, increase your motivation, and help you achieve your goals.
We will have 2-3 coached workouts per week and will expand these workout options as we grow. To start most weeks will have 1 morning workout, 1 evening workout and 1 long run scheduled.
Our workouts will be centered around the Winter Garden/Clermont, FL area.
